The first one, was sweet and endearing and heartfelt (at least in my opinion). it was cute and honest. It was original and it made me smile.
The second one, felt like a cheap imitation copy, that sounded like it came out of a bag of dove chocolates, or a fucking self help book. It came across as self righteous, insincere, and frankly, it hurt my feelings more than it soothed them.
If you love your friends, tell them in person to their face like they deserve. Especially if you talk about how much you hate the internet and what it’s done to society.
